Great for Manual labor, general relief of lower and mid back pain.
I bought this brace for when I do manual labor, sometimes when I work I can’t bend down or squat without lower back pain rushing in. Using this Brace has made a pretty good difference while I work for sure, I like the two pull straps that is one on each side of the brace, sometimes I pull them loosely in place or other times depending on what I am doing I will get them real tight.I recommend this Back brace for anyone who needs back pain relief, Sometimes when I am not even working but my lower back is giving me grief I throw this thing on and it helps quite a bit. I am trying not to become totally reliant on the brace for everything, I have noticed that after I wear it for a long amount of time while working and then take it off, I feel better afterwards enough to not wear the brace when I go back to work for a decent amount of time before I feel any stress on my back.This was a good buy!

Excellent I put it on first thing this morning & the support is great, it’s comfortable & not heavy & doesn’t have the bulky feel like you have cardboard wrapped around your waist..I weigh 119lbs & have a 29inch waist I bought a small, it fits perfect ..I was able to do two loads of laundry without pain pulling the wet clothes out of the washer, I than took my 94 yr old mother to the dr & wasn’t in any pain or discomfort, it moves with the body doesn’t make me feel stiff or stuffed when sitting down, I was able to help mother walk without wincing it’s one of the best support belts I’ve ever had..

Great support and alleviated back pain
I recently hurt my back and needed some type of support. I found this product and figured would give it a try. It fit perfectly and provided excellent support for my back and midsection. The adjustable straps are perfect for adding more or less support as needed. It helped to alleviate my back pain and allowed me to continue with some of my daily activities until I was recovered. I recommend this back brace for anyone that has those lower back problems.

Well made. Worth the price
I have had the worst sciatica for months and this has really helped. I found traveling and sleeping in different beds is terrible for my back. I wear this at night and don’t have sciaticaIt also helps if I’m sitting or standing for long periods of time. My back doesn’t feel as achy or tired

I’m a 34 36 waste what’s which I think is a medium .. I don’t have a gut but it’s really tight and it’s a large.

Above expectations.Exulant build quality with no frayed edges or unalienable seams. Quality fabrics with good solid stitching with secure adjustable straps. Fits securely and comfortably offering evenly balanced support with feeling squeezed or crushed. By far the best back support for lower back issues and a vast improvement from the one provided by the hospital.

Just suffered a week of severe back pain. I only bent down to pick up a towel off the bathroom floor then found I could barely walk, apart from Ibuprofen, Gel, hot water bottle and ice pack nothing touched the pain. I then thought a back brace might help when I’m standing up to give me some stability. Well I must have bought the best of the best because when I’m using it, it’s so much easier when I’m standing up because you can tighten the elastic /velcro straps as tight as your comfortable with. My problem at the moment is getting up and down from a seating position but I’m working on it. The belt allows me to do gentle exercises so hoping for some impr
