Great for Exercise
This shirt is definitely a winner. I found that the size I ordered fit perfectly. It provides just the right amount of compression in the lower back. I use it when lifting heavy items or when I need support working on sloped areas of my property. It prevents wrenching back muscles during twisting when using heavy power tools such as a chain saw. I’m happy with this product.

IT HELPS BUT COULD USE EXTENDED VELCRO SUPPORT FOR SOME
The Velcro straps could be a little longer 2-4 inches would be great. Today the support I slipped down at a bad time.. The product is a good one but of limited use for a minority of customers. Even a Velcro band extender seems like a good idea. Thank YouPS some other knee products are great I do not know if the derive from the same company
