Overall great nonstick granite finish frying pan.
This frying pan is exactly as described with a light gray granite finish that cleans up wonderfully. It is not very heavy and I haven’t had any problems with food sticking. I would highly recommend it. It’s not as wide across the bottom as the top. If you are looking for a pan to fry an entire package of bacon, go for the 14″ pan. This pan is very deep, great for frying fish or chicken without the normal splatter I previously had from my lower edged pan.

Love my Sensarte!
Used it this week for the first time. Happy with it! I also used one of the sauce pans this week & was delighted to find that because of the vent hole I did not have water boiling over the top. Loving my Sensarte!

Large size
I have used this for a few months now and am very pleased with it. I only wish it came in blue to match the Sensarte pots & pans that I purchased. I needed a new 12” skillet & I have been pleased with the pots & pans, so I thought I would try this. I do wish it had a detachable handle like the pans but I imagine it is too heavy for that. It does take up a large space in the cabinet. It is very easy to clean. You can’t really sear food in it. There was a learning curve for me to adjust to cooking on lower heat.i would buy this again.

Thrilled with my new 10” skillet!
IWhy did you pick this product vs others?:The price point allowed me to take a chance on this new skillet. It replaced two other skillets that were well over $100 each. Skillet set perfectly flat without any wobble. It heated evenly and best of all it’s lightweight even with food in it! Needless to say, I am thrilled!

Look at the photos carefully …
I like _everything_ about this pan except for one thing.Pros: good size – it is shown as being 10 inch across from outside edge to outside edge but actually it is 10 5/8 inches. (The inside edge is 10 inches) It is nice and deep which I also like. And of course it is nonstick. It took me a long time to understand how to use nonstick pans – but now I find them very easy to use. I bought a silicone spatula to use in it and I expect it to last a long time.Cons: Only one thing I don’t like and which I never thought to check before buying. If you look closely at the photos you can see that is designed with a pouring indent or spout on only one side – the side you can easily pour from if you are using your right hand. I usually hold a pot or pan with my left hand and use a spatula or spoon with my right hand to scrape or slide things out. Can’t do this easily with any precision because there is no indentation.

Great for daily use and cleans up easily
I’m a very cheap person. So I didn’t super want to even buy a new pan. BUT, I am so glad I bought this one. Yes, it is hand wash. But that’s not a problem because everything removes off of it so easily! Clean up will be a breeze! It’s a great value for money. The quality of the pan is wonderful and a few months in, I have no scratches. It is a little heavy, but that’s to be expected. This is a great pan I have yet to have issues with.

Works well
I made the mistake of trying the hex junk and before I realized how bad they were, I tossed out the old pans I loved… My mistake. But once I learned how horrible the hex pans were, with things like ground beef getting stuck really well in those tiny little holes and being such a pain to remove, even with nylon brushes and such, I realized it was time to toss them and go back to ceramic. This is the third pan I tried. First one was great for non-stick, but had a metal handle that even during short cook times for hamburger patties always got too hot to hold comfortably. Bought a second with a wooden handle, but it had the most horrible chemical smell when washing, so there was no way I wanted to cook with it.This one is the best of both worlds. Great handle that never is uncomfortable to hold, and a good surface that is easy to clean and has no chemical odor.Rarely requires even a scrub – most things are removed simply by running it under the water stream. I like this pan very much.

Careful unpacking it!
beautiful pan. careful unpacking. I suggest upright unpacking. the glass lid is in separate box under pan box. it slid out onto my tile floor and broke into a million pieces. So sad. my old ScanPan 10″ lid fit it, thank goodness.

We were searching for a deep skillet that could handle cooking paella as well as general tasks, and this one is perfect. It even comes with a lid, which is a great bonus. The size of 28cm is just right for most tasks – not too small and not too big.The handle arrives unattached, but they thoughtfully include a screwdriver to make assembly easy—what a nice touch! The skillet is lightweight for its size, well-constructed, and a pleasure to use. Cooking eggs is effortless thanks to the non-stick surface, and the lid is excellent for covering food while it’s on the stove. Cleanup is a breeze, as everything slides right off. Its depth makes it ideal for dishes with sauces or for simmering meals. We’re happy with this skillet and highly recommend it!
