The phone arrived in perfect conditions (no scratches at all) and works as advertised. Battery life is great, a huge improvement from my previous Samsung and is very fast. Unbeatable value for money given the high quality!

Love the Phone It’s just like New well taken care of like A normal daily use cell phone just a little scratch on the screen here and there but nothing major screen protector and all no bubbles perfect flawless cell phone had problem with the UPS and did not get it on the day I paid my extra $16 for but oh well honest seller A++

I received the phone dented and scratches on the edges. I had a problem connecting to the network. And had a problem getting the address to send the phone back. I have not received a refund yet.

Terrible Cell Reception!
The cellular reception is absolute dog water. I’m comparing this to my last two phones, the Galaxy S20 FE and the Razer Phone 2 before that. There is something defective about cellular reception or the cellular antenna. I cannot even reliably make or receive calls unless on WiFi with WiFi calling on. I’ll likely return this, doesn’t function properly as a mobile phone.
