Well made vendor exellent.
I purchased this by mistake the product is well made and good for si joints. My issue was up higher lumbar areaand I did not realize that the length would not cover my L3 and 4 issue. Vendor was very forthcoming and helpful, followed her instructions and I was very satisfied with the solution.

Does not slip up or down. Needs to be a little wider which would add better sacroiliac stability.
Holds in place great. It feels secure and does help stability of sacroiliac area, but I think it would be even better if it were just a little bit wider.

The Belt Works
I purchased the “Sacroiliac SI Belt, Patented SI Joint Belt for Women and Men. Adjustable Hip and Lower Back Support Brace, Sciatica Pain Relief Hip Brace. (XL-XXL).” Despite the recommendations from customer reviews to size up due to the product running small, I found that the XL-XXL size I purchased was too big for me.I decided to write an email to the after-sales team, and Jenny responded quickly, offering me either a size change or a full refund. After wearing the belt for two days, my hip felt significantly better, so I told Jenny to ship me a regular size.Within one week, I received the regular size belt, and it fits perfectly. I give five stars for the after-sales service! And the belt works wonderfully.

Not for me!
I’m not sure what these belts are supposed to do to help with sacroiliac support. This is the second belt I’ve purchased (the other from a different company) It is very awkward to wear over clothes and did not help. I tried it under my clothes and it was bulky and would slip up to my waist. I’m going to take it to my doctor for advice.

It’s a miracle!
I’ve been in PT since I badly herniated (yet another) lumbar disc, nine months ago. PT is amazing. But even after I felt relief from the pain and pressure on the nerves issuing from my spinal cord, and after I built up my strength and flexibility, I was still in terrible, burning pain after walking a few blocks. I called it The Claw. But to keep one hand free for my dog, I would tuck my cell phone in my back waist band, and I noticed that it helped. Maybe providing a little support? After hearing this story, one of my physical therapists suggested that I try an SI belt. It feels like someone gently holding my hips together.It’s a miracle! I can walk again! And do dishes, and vacuum, and laundry—well, maybe not such a miracle if you want an excuse to avoid housework. LOL! But my dog is much happier because I can now walk at least eight blocks before I start looking for a place to sit.
