This belt is nice and lightweight; not bulky under clothing. But the two top stays can dig into your back unless you put it over a good piece of clothing. I bought it to wear underneath. The top trim fabric is also too rough. The velcro closure stays together well and helped as I recovered from sciatica pain.

Get bigger size
This is light yet holds very strong. Just get at least a size bigger than you think. I am 5’3 and weight 135 and a large is just borderline fitting.

Poor Customer Service and doesn’t fit true to size
I ordered this back support and it is absolutely not true to size. So I wanted to exchange it, and to my surprise even though I am a Prime member I have to pay for shipping. I contacted the seller and they wrote back one sentence saying they do not cover shipping.Why anyone would order from a company who charges them shipping when there are so many that offer free returns? Poor investment, and even poorer customer service. Good to know though, I will never order anything else from here.

Light, breathable and comfortable
I received this brace just 2 days ago and tried it yesterday and was impressed. I’m a small person and got the medium which was perfect. It worked. Did yard work, vacuumed, etc and this brace helped considerably. Light weight and breathable and I live in The Florida Keys where the humidity is terrible. I recommend this brace.

Me gustó la faja blanca. Me siento cómoda con ella.Me gusta el material y las varillas que tiene. Me gusta que no hace bulto y que me veo más natural que con otras fajas. Lo único que no me agrada es que tiene una que pedir una talla o 2 más de lo que somos porque las hacen muy justas y debe encimarse un lado en el otro para cerrarla.La recomiendo .

A simple thin and lightweight lower back support for those times when just a gentle muscular support is needed. wear it under your clothes, it is very discreet.Don’t be fooled because it says for “women” this is unisex. It’s not bulky, does not come with hard things that are supposed to help but rather are just painful additions.Just make sure to order the right size according to your waist size.
