Formula change = a big NO for me.
Nope. The formula has changed and not for the better. I’ve used this cleanser for months, loved the way it was so foamy, and left my skin soft. I just started using the one of the “new” order os a three-pack and a week in, my skin is feeling like fine grade sandpaper, and there’s barely any foaming at all.I’m cancelling the subscription and this will be my last order. Very disappointing!
