Nice little model
Nice little model. Went together fairly easily. Very close to bandai’s 30 minute model line. Looks ok but definitely not for playing with. Very posable for use in dioramas or display

EXTREMELY COOL, HIGHLY ARTICULATED FIGURE!
VERY cool, highly articulated figure. It’s like putting together a small model — there’s quite a bit of parts and bits to remove from the sprues (the little frames the plastic parts are attached to) – which pop off quite easily and cleanly. Instructions are clear enough.Comes with two different heads/helmets, both look awesome.It assembled almost perfectly, I had a bit of trouble on the left forearm getting the two pieces to attach together cleanly, but it isn’t bad and is still sound. All of the other pieces fit perfectly, and even usually give an audible “SNAP” when they click together properly. His crotch pieces tend to want to pop apart if you fiddle with his legs too voraciously, though. The two halves could easily be permanently glued if it was a real problem, I tend to leave him posed on a desk or shelf so it’s not a real issue.As you can see in the photos, the simple paint job is pretty effective giving it a metallic look. Very cool. RECOMMENDED. GIDDYUP!ALL HAIL SIR GALGON OF DABBLEWOCK and all his plastic glory. I would’ve eaten brussels sprouts for these as a kid back in the day.

Neat build kit with decent quality plastic
When ordering, I thought this was going to be a premade figure. I was happy to see that it’s a build set, because it’s a gift and this will make it even more fun. There’s just a few dozen pieces that must be removed from the plastic frames that contain them (5 frames in all). The plastic is durable, with good form and detail. Each piece has a number next to it on the frame, but they’re hard to see because they are formed within the plastic frame and the same color grey. I suggest using a magnifying glass and don’t remove the pieces until you get to that part of the assembly and know the number. These numbers are referenced in the instruction guide, which is a fold-out with just a few pages. The graphics are detailed and the steps are easy to understand. For the value, this is a great kit that can be customized, if you want, and I recommend it for ages 8/9 on up.

Will likely be returning: I ordered the gold and the paint is very poorly applied. With much of it simply being unpainted, black plastic.
