Simply the most effective back support/brace I have every tried!
Yes. This is the answer of whether or not you should buy this brace! I could also add ‘Definitely’ and ‘Absolutely’ to that list as well.I have had 2 back surgeries on my lower back. I am currently over due for yet another fusion. I have been trying back braces and supports out of desperation over the last few months. I have tried 5 different styles, and have only gotten a small amount of any sort of relief. I received this product and my expectations were not that high.Imagine my surprise when I pulled the 2 secondary bands and INSTANTLY felt a small amount of relief. No joke, *instantly*.Still, I wasn’t expecting much, but the next day I had to do a significant amount of yard work, including moving a 12’X12′ area worth of tools and junk. I put on the brace expecting it to help me for a few mins before, like every other brace thus far, actually causing me to hurt worse by forcing my body to use different muscles it was unaccustomed to using.Imagine my surprise when after an hour, I was still wearing it and still going.Yes, I was in bad pain, but you don’t understand… I’m in bad pain every time I take a step. At the 2 hour mark, I took a break, letting off some of the support expecting to almost collapse, but I didn’t feel that bad. 30 mins later, I tightened it back up and went back to work. I work slow cuz I’m crippled, and younger me could have done everything in just a couple hours, but I put in 5 hours of work yesterday… With not a great deal more pain than I started with!!!You probably have no idea how massive that is! But then, if you’re looking at back braces… maybe you do.Today I was in no more pain than normal!!! Why is that such a big deal? Because normally after a couple hours of work, I can’t move for 2 days minimum!I honestly feel no worse the wear!Every body is different, what works for some may not work for others. I get that, it’s why I didn’t stop trying braces, because I’ve had friends who got relief from back support belts before, but they usually caused me even more pain.As I stated though, I was desperate. I do NOT want to have surgery again, even though I know I’m going to have to eventually.This brace gave me the support I needed, the ability to adjust it on the fly was handy also. I’m a big guy, and it still fit me. (size xxxl shirts). It’s made of quality materialWill it work for you?I have no idea, but I did FIVE HOURS OF PHYSICAL LABOR… and had no problem going to work the next day. For me that’s huge, and well worth the cost just to try this sucker out!So… Should you buy this and try it??? YES! ABSOLUTELY! DEFINITELY!

Wide, very supportive back brace.
I occasionally have back pain, often when doing heavy lifting or when I need bend over for too long. My posture could also be better at times and I often find myself slouching while sitting at the desk for too long. I had tried a couple of smaller back braces that have helped somewhat, but this one is definitely an improvement over those others. Much wider in the back, dual method to tighten it and metal stays in back for extra support.There are two sets of velcro fasteners that are needed to put this on. You first attach it around your waist and then pull the elastic bands on each side to get the desired amount of compression. The metal stays are removable, although so far I have always used them. I am tightening this to what I think is rather snug, but that is very comfortable for me. Haven’t had the usual back pain when doing heavy lifting while wearing this, and my posture has definitely improved. It prevents me from slouching as much, and the constant pressure reminds me to try and maintain a good posture.While it’s pretty self explanatory on how to wear this, it does come with a detailed user manual. The only item I noticed there is that it’s not recommended to wear this of more than 3 hours at a time, but you still can wear it 2 or 3 times a day. Although I have worn this for 12 hours at a time without any issues.My pants size is 38” and the medium fit me perfectly. I can adjust this to give a very snug fit, but there’s still some adjustment in either direction. I certainly can wholeheartedly recommend this wide, supportive back brace.

My back was apprehended and sequestered — there was no escaping the firm grasp of this HongJing thing. Nope. There was no escape from here or there for my back.It includes all the following.◇ Design◇ Support◇ Fit◇ More support◇ Value for the money◇ Pain Relief◇ And more Pain releif◇ Quality◇ Pain relief to relieve pain releif from pajn relief. That’s a heck of a lot of pain relief for such a small package.This brace has it all. Perhaps if you buy this brace, you may start getting and having it all too. Who knows, you could even get some back from the HongJing thing, and then the twos of yooz can both have it all, the twos of ya.This is one of the better back brace contraptions I have come across recently. The results are not in as I’m still testing the HongJing back thing. At this juncture I am leaning towards a Five Star rating.TBD. For now, at this price point Five Stars for this deal here.Five Stars.

Really nice back belt… wish I’d ordered a Medium
This is a very complete feeling back support belt– wide, with prominent support struts, and a good closure method. Also well in the price point for a back support belt– not cheap or expensive.My only complaint is with myself– I wish I’d paid more attention to sizing and ordered a medium, as it would have fit me better– the large fits me ok when I put it OVER my T-shirt, but it could still be smaller. That said, it did a great job of giving my body the necessary feedback it needs to eliminate my daily hip pain. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for one.
