Great back support!
Helpful for back pain! I have been dealing with multiple issues with my lower back and cervical spine. My lower back pain makes me slouch which has been causing issues with my discs etc.This brace is so good at straightening your posture. It also has lower back support so the combination is what helps. I have tried just the upper posture braces and it did not help much in my case. The straps are easily adjustable so if you are doing something where you need more support it’s easy to readjust it. It doesn’t pinch at the underarm area either.I bought a size small and it fits great. I am a female and am 5’3 and weigh about 115. I wear a size 4 in pants and medium in shirts just for reference. I wear it over a T-shirt while I am doing things around the house. I have not worn it out of the house because it is pretty bulky. If you wore a sweatshirt over it you could probably hide it, but I have yet to need it out of the house. I do wear it for walking on my treadmill which I would not be able to do without it. It has held up well to the moisture from sweating too. I am happy to be able to do things that I couldn’t do before I got this. Was surprised by how much this brace helped me!

Better Posture
I started working out with heavier weights about a year ago and have definitely had some injures and pain due to bad posture when lifting. Even though this vest can be worn all day (it’s comfy), I really like using it when I work out to keep my posture aligned and straight. I feel I’ve been able to lift better and decrease after workout soreness I used to get from improper alignment. I want soreness in my muscles but not lower back!

Works well for old age shoulders
The brace is adjustable by three straps on each side. It is good but I wish it pulled back the shoulders more. The support towards the neck is not there. Maybe if it was taller on the back. It works great for the middle of my spine. The brace is a good reminder to stand up straighter. I got medium 5’4” 150 pounds.

Effective Posture Support with Few Caveats
The Fit Geno posture corrector is a full-back brace crafted to improve spinal alignment. It features dual ABS support bars and four fiber-rod stabilizers tailored to assist with upper- and lower-back posture, including issues like hunchback, scoliosis, and general slouching. My back feels so much better my back pain went away. Also is so a great quality, you can stretch around without feeling like you are going out of breath.

Didn’t help on a very profound slouch
This product did not work for my daughter. She has a really bad slouch to the point of reaching a 50-degree angle at times. The support did not help straighten her back, despite tightening it a great deal. The product is straight in the back, but it doesn’t stay firm enough on the body to work. We returned the product. It might work for someone who does not have such a profound slouch if it is on as a reminder to stay straight.

It works!
Ok, I’m 5’ and weigh 130. I ordered Med first and keeping to give to a friend. So, I also purchased the small and it fits perfect. I wore the Med. while cleaning the garage and my back did not hurt at all. I rinsed it and immediately ordered the small. It came the same day and is going to work for me. Thank you Amazon!

Huge, Unusable at Work, Impossible to Hide
I was extremely disappointed with this back brace posture corrector. Despite claims that it fits smoothly under clothing, it is extremely large and bulky, making it impossible to wear discreetly—especially in professional or office settings. It is very visible under clothes and looks ridiculous, so it’s not at all usable for work. The material is stiff and uncomfortable, and even the adjustable straps can’t help the fact that it feels like wearing a rigid harness all day. I would not recommend this product for anyone who needs discreet or comfortable support.

Helping with pain
So far, good. It fits better than the other brand I bought. I’ve only used it twice 1 hour each and my tightness between my shoulders has improved a lot. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I initially purchased the wrong size and sent it back, and subsequently ordered a size larger. I’m very tall, so even though the size I ordered was correct according to the sizing chart, the brace just rode too high on my torso and didn’t support my lower back. My new order surprisingly arrived the next day. Overall, the quality of the product seems good. I’ve been using the back brace for over a couple of weeks, increasing my time with the brace every day. I do a lot of computing, both sitting and standing at my desk, and the back brace not only gives me support, but encourages better posture. I’ve also noticed that my back is more “relaxed” when I go to bed at night, so it seems to be working for me.
