Very Comfortable!
I really like this support belt!I have lower back stiffness that affects my nerves, so it radiates down my legs, and even while wearing knee braces, after half a day at work my back and hips are aching and I just want to go home.I got this last night and wore it to work today, and it was a game changer! I wore it over a thin shirt, the same way you would wear a corset, because it’s better for the longevity of this type of thing if it has a barrier, and honestly, not a terrible look with some high-waisted pants.It was very comfortable when I wore it correctly, though when I had to shimmy it up to use the restroom it dug into my ribs a little.It was very useful to give my stomach muscles something to brace against, and I felt very secure and supported as I wore it.It does get kind of sweaty/warm if you’re not careful. It’s noticeably warmer than we’d like at my job, and I noticed when I was moving it around for bathroom reasons that the shirt under the brace was slightly damp, so that might be something to watch out for.All in all, I’m very happy I bought this.

Game changer!
This product was a game changer! Ive had back issues off and on for years. I threw my back out Sun and had been stuck in bed with a bad back for almost 3 days! My back felt wobbly and unstable, it hurt so bad to walk and I wasnt able to walk more than about 15 feet before turning around and just crawling back into bed. Straight up, I’ve been wearing diapers the last 3 days. Got this earlier today and i’m able to walk to the bathroom and walk all the way across the house now! (with 2 canes for support). I’ve still got a ways to go, but man, I already am so thankful for this! I do wish it was a little taller and supported a little more of my back. Plus, it fits a little wonky on me, but it gets the job done. I would say I feel about 70% less wobbly when I walk.

Love it
At first I didn’t think I would like it. It is kind of cumbersome. But I forced myself to wear it when I am working at computer for long periods or when I am exercising or doing house or yard work. Now I love it. Even my orthopedist said it is fine to wear. My back feels better and my hip (osteoarthritis) feels great! Highly recommend.

Back brace for lower lumbar spine pain
I’m plus size and needed some extra protection on my lumbar spine. I lift all day and it puts a lot of unnecessary stress on my lower back but this brace helps alleviate the stress on my back. It’s comfortable and has just enough protection for my back. I like that you can adjust the straps and it has additional straps for extra protection. It got the job done. I would recommend this brace.

Great adjustable back support
This back support has been a saving grace! I hurt my lower back moving boxes at work. After a week, I knew I needed some help. Love that not only is it an initial velcro fit, there are 2 side straps that are pull adjust and velcro.I have been using this now for 2 months. Back is better, but still use this when doing yard work or need to move items. Hope to get to a point where this a resource in my linen closet and not a regularly used item.If you need support this is a great option!

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
