Love, with one major design flaw
I purchased the all purpose skillet/pan with two handles and the steamer lid. I love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for to accommodate a stove with the two big burners in the front instead of staggered. There’s no burner overhang, so I can have two similar size pots next to each other on the large burners, and still have room for a saucepan on the small back burners. Idk if this is relevant info but it was specifically what I was looking for, so there it is.It heats evenly, as all of my farberware pans do so I wasn’t worried about quality.It’s not a super thick bottom but it’s thick enough and I don’t have any issues with it sliding on the ceramic stovetop.The nonstick surface is great, I only use silicone utensils so, no issues there.My biggest complaint is with the steam release lid and handle. That handle is made out of very cheap plastic and gets EXTREMELY hot because the steam vents directly up to the handle, whether it’s open to vent or not. I’ve forgotten a couple times and this last time it burnt my thumb and fingers, I jumped, dropped hot condensation on my foot… it was a whole unpleasant experience. So be mindful and use a towel or mit when you remove the lid.

Long lasting non stick properties, great pan
After daily use from 2022-2025, this pan works great! The non stick continues to be so great that this is my go-to frying pan every day.. love this frying pan

Good purchase
A very nice product. Slightly larger size help prevent boil overs and I can fry in it to reduce splatter on stove top. The non stick seems to be very good so far. Time will tell on durability.

I really like these Farberware covered skillets. The 11-1/4″ is a good size on my 20″ electric range. These skillets heat very evenly and never stick. I believe the non stick is different than the older Farberware skillets that I have. So far this new one has proved to work just as well. I wanted this one because of the two grab handles vs the long handles that my old ones have. I don’t have to index the handle in a safe directing. A good thing when there are more than one occupant in the kitchen, or small kids wondering around. Very pleased with this one.

Great Pan!
Even heating, easy to clean, glass top w/vent, handles on opposite sides for carrying or giving pan contents a “distributive shake” to spread them in the pan evenly. Its a deep pan. Depth is 3.34in. Can be used for casserole since its deep. Non-stick surface is , well, non-stick – that’s all I can say. For nonstick to actually work, your food should make some of its own juices. Pan lets go of contents and the juices with no sticking. Even burned on sauces (in my case Teriyaki sauce) peel off. Mine was pushed off when I placed it under running water. Let me also say that I have not seen an nonstick plan that is completely stick free. A fish filet cooked in the pan – no fat used. began to stick. It was easily removed with a push of a spatula without any or little residue left behind. Impressive! Before use, I washed the pan, let it dry, and then at the first use, I wipe lightly with canola oil, or you can use whatever you want – nor not! I think this is a very good full size pan. Its shape/depth reminds me of a small “wok/frying pan hybrid”. Plus, Its got handles that are useful for carrying, and a vented glass top. . I recommend this pan highly – especially if you are a single person like I am, and due to the pandemic, at home cooking, and need a versatile pan such as this. 5 STARS
