Best backsupport
It help the lumbar and back as giving support if at working, out outdoors, home use, and gym. The velcro it good and does not loose it presence fast.

Not a good buy for the money
I like this back Bell except for one thing. If you bend over a few times it rides upward. I have older copper belts and I never had that problem with those. They are a little slimmer, but they work better. I would not buy this over again if I had known that it slid upward.

Careful if your short.
Unfortunately I had to return this. I’m short – 5ft, 130 lbs – and it dug into me. Probably better for taller folks. Well made though.
