Good support I’m not quite a 30 inch waist but I was able to get it snug enough for me. I like the hard insert. However, the gel pack doesn’t get very cold even after being put in the freezer for several hours it warms up to body temperature very quickly from what cold it does get

Would’ve been 5 stars if not for size issue
Both my husband & I suffer from lower back pain. We’ve used various lumbar support belts over the years. I bought this one recently for my husband, and he seems to be able to use it right now, But the thing is…It runs a large. He has to adjust it all the way as small as it can possibly go, just to fit him correctly. When that thing stretches out in time, which eventually they all do, it will not work for him. I was trying to find smaller sizes, but it seems like everyone is gravitating to one size fits all. Yeah, I get it, costs you less money if you can run your assembly line machines to make a million, without having to resize. Well guess what manufacturers…One size does NOT fit all. 🙄 Slim or trim people need a product that can actually be tightened, so it will work & give the proper support it’s supposed to. Please consider making sizes x-small, small, medium, large & x-large again. You’re going to be losing a good bit of business with this ‘one size fits all’ idea. He kept this one, but won’t be buying another one size fits all, when it wears out.

The product provides support but I wish the waist band was slightly longer. It is pretty comfortable for wearing an extended period of time. Would purchase again. The gel pack is great for heat or cold.
