Highly recommended
This has provided excellent relief for the harvest areas in my back from a procedure. I like that you are provided 2 packs so you can rotate them. I move the ice packs where I need them and adjust the strap and they stay in place. Note it really doesn’t cover your entire lower back area but I move the ice pack around my waist and that works. I even fall asleep with this. It retains coolness for almost 2 hours or so. The material is soft and does not bother me. Highly recommended.

Smaller than picture indicates, be sure to read description. I had difficulty keeping it in place when I tried to move around. I would have liked an elastic band better.

Lifesaver for my back
Lifesaver for my back! It stays in place and the packs stay cold. Comfortable to lie down with and also move around with it on. I like having the two ice packs so I can have one cooling in the freezer while I’m wearing the other one so I always have ready to go when I really need them.

Way too big for size 6~ insufficient Velcro hold
I received it today and was disappointed because it was way too big. I am a size 6, and it wrapped around so many times and the Velcro is insufficient to hold. I chose to return it.
