I would definitely recommend buying from this vendor! The phone came absolutely SPOTLESS like a brand new phone. Had a little difficulty with shipping but they were very responsive and even delivered on Sunday to make the mistake right. Little Tip: I had trouble activating the phone with my carrier but I factory reset the phone and everything worked perfectly after that. If you have difficulty connecting your carrier try factory resetting the phone.

Amazon app is subpar for buying renewed
For the iphone, its an iphone, so its really good. As for the condition of the renewed device, it was slightly gunked up and the camera lense had one crack. I think this is more an issue with and had I been able to see the device on the mobile app, it wouldn’t have been my first choice to order this one. Everything functions and thats enough for me, now i’ll update if they shipped an unlocked.Hybrid IT – good seller, they shipped the drvice wrapped in bubble wrap and gave charger + cable, and 2 sim ejection tools. But the funny thing is that the iphone 14 does not have a sim tray, so thanks I guess for the free sim tool lol.

I absolutely loved the phone. It was practically brand new! Worked great, battery percentage was perfect, no glitches and very easy to set up! Sadly I am returning because one of the apps it said banned from this device. So it must have been the previous user used the app and got band. I even tried logging in differently, I contacted the apps support and I even contacted my phone carrier. Sadly there was nothing they could do. So the phone it self and cosmetically was amazing. I would absolutely recommend! It’s a bummer about the app. I was excited. The phone even arrived little early. Super careful packaging. It also came in a phone box itself not just the packaging. Along with a phone charger as well. Battery was at 100%. Also a very pretty color! For the money absolutely get it! I just personally need the app. So the phone has to be returned.

I had a previous bad experience buying a “premium renewed” iPhone 14 plus sold directly from Amazon that was in terrible condition, so I my expectations for a “excellent renewed” iPhone 14 Plus from a 3rd party were not high. But the price was about 30% less than what I paid for the “premium renewed” so I decided to take a chance knowing I could easily return this one as well if I wasn’t happy.The phone I received is in perfect condition. Not a scratch, skuff, or mark on it. The battery health is 85% (which is right in the middle range for excellent condition), but that is still good enough to last me all day and then some. Sometimes I go two days without recharging. Very happy with my purchase.
