Short lifespan
Non-stick coating in the pans are flaking off. All I’ve ever used to clean is either a Dobie pad or sponge. Haven’t even had the cookware for a year yet. Sheesh!

Good Pans
These inexpensive pans work well. They are on the thin side, but a careful cook can get a lot of use from them without warping them. Handles tend loosen, but they can be tightened. Steep transition to the edge, rather than a gradual transition, but it’s not a problem. Hard to beat at this price point.

Don’t buy this set if you expect to fry something in the frying pan. I want to just bag all of this up in a hefty trash bag and return it.Despite what the pictures show you with two items without a lid, the lids provided fit everything the small pot lid fits the small frying pan and the large pot lid does…. NOT…. Fit the large frying pan.I have a question, did some man come up with the idea for this pot and pan set and a skillet that doesn’t have a lid? What’s a mother to do?My kids don’t like boiled chicken or boiled fish or boiled potatoes.Without washing them yet, they look like a good set of pots and pans, but who knows maybe I’ll put them in the dishwasher and all the coding will come off.I’m not holding my breath.Oh Mr. Rufus IA, are you gonna send me a lid for my frying pan?Yours truly, Mr. Ed

These are AMAZING! What are they made of? That CAN’T be a standard Teflon coating. It performs far better than any Teflon I have seen before. Fried burgers just slide right out of it. A simple hot rinse and the ONLY thing that remains is very thin layer of grease that just wipes away. I am really impressed with these pans. Nice looking too and very light. Also the texture carved into the metal bottoms of them, really grips the stove element and doesn’t slide around very easily. I am very impressed with this. I am usually in the practice of avoiding ever giving 5 stars. 4 is the most I usually do. You are getting an exception. LOVE this product. 🙂

Este año he gastado mucho en sarténes, sobre todo en sartenes de teflón que no duran ni ofrecen lo que prometen.Decidí comprar estos ya que todos los demás productos de amazonbasics me han satisfecho.El caso es que llevo un par de meses usando estos sartenes y estan muy bien, procuro no usarlos a fuego alto sino medio y bajo, al momento nada se les pega aunque si uso unas gotitas de aceite. En cuanto a la limpieza siempre la hago en frío y no dejo que los restos de comida sigan por mas de unas horas sobre los sartenes.Para la limpieza recomiendo una fibra suave y un jabón que no sea muy abrasivo.Al momento los sartenes están excelentes y espero que asi sigan pero si me gustaría recalcar que muchas veces es mas importante el bueno y uso y cuidado que se les dé a los sartenes ya que por buena que sea su calidad no van a durar sino se les usa conforme el fabricante sugiere.
