1.Washing:While our cookware hand polished before shipping, it’s best to wash it with warm, soapy water before the initial use.
2. Seasoning:Warm the pan on medium-low. Apply 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the inside surface and heat for 2-3 minutes. This step readies your pan for cooking! Over the first few weeks, your Hybrid cookware will enhance its seasoning naturally from the oils in the foods you prepare.
3. Heating:Our unique design ensures faster heat distribution. For example, using medium heat with our cookware is similar to using medium-high with other brands. Start with lower temperatures and increase as needed.We reccomeend

I absolutely LOVE this pan!!!! I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but the non-stick surface is exactly that! I will try to update review again down the road, this pan makes me excited to cook 🙂 I was surprised by how deep the pan is taking up precious cooking surfacearea, the pan’s opening on the top is closer to 9.0/9.5 ” but, the sides are 2.5″ tall making the factual cooking surface on the bottom only about 6.5″ across, that aside, my eggs just slide right out of the pan, very little cooking spray/oil is needed, I was able to find one of of the standard size lids at home that fits to perfection, I’m leaving pics and video for you to see the ease of plating my omelet this morning: ) lightweight, yet incredibly sturdy

Perfect size for eggs, turkey, bacon, turkey, sausage, links, turkey, sausage, patties, hamburgers
I love the color of it and it was super easy to attach the handle and they even included a long small screwdriver to attach it. It took about two minutes. It looks like a quality skillet for the inexpensive price tag. I may try scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties in it tomorrow morning

Lightweight
This is an attractive nonstick pan that has no fumes when you use it. You do need to use a bit of oil and use at medium or low heat. Eggs slide right out, as well as frying up a burger. I am very pleased with this pan and ordered another one in a different size.
