Works great
Very sturdy & easy to put on. I felt better right away! I immediately felt straighter and stronger, and I’ll definitely be utilizing this often, especially when I cook. I have a catering business and often have upper back pain after hunching over to make pastries, so I think this will help a lot.

That it does lift your posture while wearing it. That it takes time to get use to it. I wore it everyday at home for a few hours, then could go a full day.

I only knocked down one star because it can be confusing to put on at first and keep from twisting. But ince you figure it out its pretty easy.I like that it gently encourages better posture without being uncomfortable

It works like it says. When you put it on, it pulls you up and your shoulders back. Now realistically, unless you are toned/not have baby fat from labor, you cannot wear this all day if you are on the chubby side like I am right now. It kind of digs into my fat by the armpits…. I recommend wearing it 2 hours a day like it says to do. A few hours of wear of fine and feels comfortable! When you move around a lot and are chubbier, not so much for a long day wearer. 4 stars. Having some neck pain and can’t wear it right now due to injury of something else.. would be 5 stars if I was 1. I shape. And 2. Didn’t have neck pain 3. Could wear it for longer periods of time for best results.

This brace worked for me!
WOW it is a great corrector for the kyphosis beginning at 72, due to Osteoporosis. Back is no longer fatigued mid day, no longer having to stretch out or lay down.Love love this brace, better than the cumbersome one I received from medical RX. I ONLY wish FOR different COLORS!Fit is perfect after I opened top closing Velcro closure the adjustment fits perfectly. Decrease pain is 98% gone.

Good color! It’s very stretchy, I’ve been trying it on for a day and it’s working, I feel like my shoulders are opening up, it’s a reminder of my posture.
