Great value be sure to measure to get size u need!
I ordered many back braces all with different features. I am not “too bad” to require surgery but keep having severe lower back pain. I don’t wear them long as that can weaken your back, but I wear them when gardening etc.They remind me to be careful. This one is breathable as in the others I have are ticket, hold an ice pack etc.So for minimal to 0 sweat when I am in the garden this one is the one I use:)

The L/XL is definitely XL from asize ND fit perspective . It seems to be well made, unfortunately it is really too big, and doesn’t give much support.
