Just needed an upgraded phone and these are perfect (ordered 2). Price was good and shipping time was less than was estimated.No problems setting up and the sim transfer to my old carrier was perfect – no issues.Overall I am very pleased with these phones

Defective and LOCKED
Delivery was exceptional BUT the product was defective, would update, install and complete the update, THEN update ALL over again within 30 seconds repetitiously. In addition to everything else, the phone is STILL locked although I purchased an unlocked phone. I contacted customer service as the company requested and although they responded, haven’t heard anything from them in over 24 hours. I requested a refund this morning as I am returning this product and going to purchase a phone today. My Job requires a phone and I don’t have time to play with Customer Service.

This 5G android is well worth the price.
Personally I love this phone for a 5G phone. Very few phones anymore have a fingerprint reader on the start up button. I prefer this over the screen fingerprint reader because all too often a crack in the screen can be detrimental to screen readers. Facial recognition works well also, however I do prefer the fingerprint reader on the side button separate from the screen.the camera picture quality is moderate, but good enough, for me an average user.

Good quality 2024 phone
I bought this a few months ago for my girlfriend because she likes these type of phones. I am an iPhone guy, but I really like that phone. I think I’m going to buy one for myself as a back up. I really like how it holds a lot of storage without telling you that you’re running out of storage even though you have it, I like how big it is for movies and calls. It holds charge all day and I appreciate that

Bad quality, SIM card and charging.
Very poor, it does not detect SIM and keeps saying your phone is not registered on the network. I have tried all standars steps cleaning SIM etc. Then it stopped charging . Bad idea to get a refurbished phone from here.Note: Writing review now as we did not start using the device immediately but after a few months.

C’est une vraie cochonnerie. L’appareil semble avoir été remis à neuf, mais mal vérifié. Dès les premiers jours, il présentait des bugs importants : l’écran réagit comme s’il était mouillé, il appuie tout seul partout, lance des appels, ouvre des applications ou appuie sur des boutons de manière aléatoire, et ce, très rapidement, comme si quelqu’un pianotait dessus sans arrêt.À plusieurs reprises, j’ai été témoin d’actions non désirées qui se produisaient devant mes yeux sans que je touche à rien. Il a aussi fait plusieurs appels de manière totalement aléatoire — extrêmement désagréable et embarrassant.Depuis la 2e semaine, l’option du bas à gauche (celle qui permet d’ouvrir les applications récemment utilisées) ne fonctionne plus. Impossible de naviguer efficacement entre les apps : je dois tout fermer et rouvrir manuellement à chaque fois, ce qui rend l’utilisation vraiment pénible.C’est la première fois que j’ai des problèmes avec un appareil remis à neuf, mon pire achat.

Works well. Not a gamer so I don’t know how good it would be for that. Sound is good, takes nice pictures. I use it mostly for phone calls and browsing. Suits my needs.
