I think this is a wonderful back brace that has been well designed, provides excellent support, is comfortable and is easy enough to put on and get a good fit. It has breathable material that minimizes sweating. What really counts is that I find it effective at reducing my lower back pain. The price point is most reasonable for this a quality brace like this one. Overall, this back brace is effective at reducing my lower back pain and gives me the support I need to enjoy my day when the back acts up.

Check the size
I was not able to use this as it was too small for me, definitely check the sizing before ordering. My partner did like it, though they dislike wearing back support / braces of this nature they said it was very comfortable and relieved some of their back pressure.
