Great for lower back pain
I bought this a few years ago for myself. I carried twins and since have had a weak lower back. It works great to support my lower back when my back goes out on occasion. It fits nicely under most of my clothes. I bought another one for my adult son recently after he saw relief while wearing mine. Mine is a few years old and still holds up great.

I rarely buy trainers, or “gear” that could help me online. I have made one or two in the past that ended up being a bad choice. I have fibromyalgia.. nearly a decade ago, it was found that a few discs & the potential of a hernia had begun. Despite this, and after some personal life changes, I found myself working very physical jobs in warehouses. The current one has become the absolute most physical job I’ve had in a very long time. I’m 40+ & 4″11, finding a waist trainer or back brace is not easy lol.. Also gained some weight in the last few months, health issues, and both boyfriend and his dad (I’m his unofficial caregiver – it wasn’t planned, but since I do have experience – yeah lol). Not sure if that tidbit will help, but have worn it few times already for a few hours, be it while relaxing or going out to run an errand. It has helped with my back pains which is why I had bought it for when I’m not at work. Fibromyalgia makes every thing complicated.. looking a little slimmer is bonus lol .. Anyhow, so far am very pleased. If you do choose to buy one, hopefully you will be too.

Saves my back while at work
It fits great, works great. But, after about a week of using it, one of the metal parts broke thru one end of the pocket it was sewn into. I have to push the metal part back in if it sticks out about 2 times a day. Other than that, works as advertised.

Large is too small
Size is a little off. I ordered a large and it’s a little tight. I wear a size 8/10 jeans and I can barely get this on.
