I received my item I put it on and this brace gave me some relief for my back and sciatic nerve that. I’ve been dealing with my back feels so good and relax from the heat that comes from this brace. I wear it for maybe a couple of hours and take it off. The self heat does get very warm from my body heat this brace a game changer for my with my Sciatic nerve pain.

This is lightweight, flexible, very comfortable to wear, providing just the right kind of support and heat I need at this time. And at a great price! Thank you, Kabrar and Amazon!After purchasing and wearing another product (from another retailer) that I found helpful for my back, yet was too wide and bulky, I searched on Amazon. I searched for a long time for the right one at the “right price”, until I came upon this one. I received it today, and immediately tried it on. It fits perfect! It’s easily adjustable. Very comfortable. And with just enough heat emanating from the back panel offering the relief with comfort I was seeking. Just 1 thing could be improved. The back panel width is a little narrow for my condition as my back pain is on the right side. It goes across my lower back center almost to my hip side. However, I was able to easily shift the back panel off to the right a bit making the panel more centered right over where the pain is.I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Especially at this price!! And with an upcoming trip involving flight travel I’m so glad I have this.

If you are a true CCL it’s wonderful you can tighten it a bit. Comfortable even for sleeping. Can’t beat it for $6.00 above he magnets work very well
