Partner needed a quick replacement phone, so picked this one up after very little research. At first, we were worried that the phone was indeed locked as some reviews say because the initial loading screen says AT&T and we received a warning message that the TMobile SIM was not compatible. YOU MUST KEEP GOING, past the initial Google onboarding process. Once we got into the phone, he tried the SIM again—took it back out and put in again—waited a few seconds and the warning messages and “you will have limited connection” messages disappeared, everything worked like a charm. BE PATIENT and let the phone figure itself out. It’s a great phone in a pinch, a quick upgrade from the old busted brick.

Amazon website did false claim about this refurbished phone
Amazon website engaged in false claim about phone being unlocked. it would not take my service provider/carrier sim card. I called my carrier in order to have it walk me through purchasing this refurbished phone, which the Amazon website alleged to be unlocked, but neither Mint nor Motorola nor AT& T could unlock the phone and said that Amazon is responsible for the phone being locked, which again it falsely advertised the phone is unlocked. it is unusable to me unless it unlocks the phone and i am not interest in AT&T or amazon as my carrier.

Came with a strangers financial information and signed into their socials and email.
Meets conditions specified. I would give five stars, but it came to me signed into the prior owner’s socials and email, and with their information in tact. I had to factory reset his device myself, so I’m not sure any kind of refurbishment actually took place. Still, it works and is in near perfect condition. My iPhone 6 is ten years old with 70% battery capacity and holds a charge longer and charges faster. Memory is decent though. Sound quality is acceptable. Phone is a little large for my tastes but that’s just the current fashion. I knew what I was buying in regard to the size. All in all, satisfactory purchase, but if I was the woman who had all of her socials, and financial information shipped to a stranger, I’d be very upset. I’m actually glad it came to me because I was able to remove it quickly and her information is safely deleted. Not everyone is so honest these days. Seller should be more careful in the future.

Greatest cheap android I’ve ever had , others do not compare !
For a cheap phone it’s loaded with features, I have always enjoyed my Motorola products. This phone only has a overall rating of 4 , but this review is mostly from gamers ( I don’t game ) . I’ve never had a cheap phone that compared to this one , like advertised it runs all Day on one charge and as I mentioned it’s loaded with a incredible amount of features . I’m extremely happy with it and have no complaints about anything 😁 . UPDATE: This phone has all the bells and whistles, Im shocked for the very low price with all of the great features. I highly recommend it .
