Really good, solid phone for an incredible price
I got this phone as a back-up phone, and it works great! Everything I do on my main phone (Google Pixel) I can do on this phone. The battery life is good, and using the internet is speedy. 4GB RAM and 64GB memory; you can use a microSD to add up to 1Tb of memory. I don’t do anything sophisticated with my camera, but this phone takes good, clear pictures, and I feel that the colors are more accurate than my Google Pixel and my daughter’s Iphone. It just shows you that you don’t need to spend a lot of money for a good phone. We’ve really been suckered into thinking we need expensive phones. Not true!

Fantastic for an “at home” phone for kids
I use this only for Wi-Fi calling, using Google Voice. I have kids that are too young for a cell phone but would prefer not to pay for a landline. This phone achieves everything I need, and has the added benefit of being powerful enough to play some of the games they want to play (Bloonz TD etc). It was easy to setup, did not cause any issue to use just for WiFi, and updates really easily. It’s a perfect replacement for a VERY old Android phone we had 🙂

    Performs good
Bough this for my 10 year old. Moto G play is not as good as the Moto G power, but for the price it is well worth it and functions smoothly for him.

    Satisfied Customer
I was looking for a play tablet for my 5 year old son. I was about to buy a used iPad but then I realized that it might be cheaper just to but a good sized smartphone since it’s smaller to carry around and probably cheaper and it paid off. This phone is only $40 brand new vs paying about $100 for a used iPad. This phone can run on Wi-Fi, has the Play store. I’ve downloaded many games including Minecraft, Robot, Plants vs Zombie for my kid to play when I needed a moment to myself or when on a road trip. An SD card can increase it’s GB so you can store more things. It’s not activated but simply a play device for my kid and it does the job perfect. I also bought a second one for myself simply to play my music, watch movies and play games so that I don’t drain my primary phone battery.

A nice phone with great features!
This is a good phone and it is fast and loaded with great features that you would think were only on way more expensive phones. The battery life on this thing is great and the 5000mah battery drains slowly even while using the Wi-Fi and using the internet. Luckily I have a 100 watt fast charger but if you don’t have one it will take up to 6 hours to charge and on my fast charger it is almost completely charged in under 90 minutes. If you are looking for a cheaper smartphone that is not annoyingly slow and laggy this phone fits the bill. (no pun intended)

    Perfectly adequate bargain solution
This is my first prepaid phone, bought for a trip where I didn’t want to risk my high-price phone. I’m pleasantly surprised. Activation was smooth and the phone works very nicely for calling, email, web, photos, music, basic games — everything a smartphone is supposed to do. The web info could have been a little clearer. I separately bought a SIM card kit and a scratch card for minutes. Neither was required. The phone came with a SIM built in and I could have bought the minutes online on the Tracfone app. We have good Verizon coverage here, so no complaints. On the trip, we’ll see.

Works Without Activating (On Just Wifi)
I use this phone only on wifi. I didn’t have to activate it to use it, which I’m extremely happy about. I would’ve returned it otherwise, and since amazon doesn’t let us ask questions anymore (seriously? why?), I had to rely on “rufus” (ugh) to hope that it’ll work on only wifi. This phone works really well. My current main phone has 16 RAM for mobile gaming, but it’s like 10 years old, so it’s slow. I got a second phone for more gaming (yup, I really went there) just for home, and this is perfect. It probably won’t run Infinity Nikki or other super high end games, but other games are fine. It seems as good as my current outdated phone now, so I’m happy.

Not Bad, but A Bit Laggy
I am writing this as someone who doesn’t own a cellphone in the usual sense. I owned the HP iPAQ long before “smart phones” where ever though of. Basically, that was a smartphone without the phone. To this day, that is the ONLY reason I own a cellphone – as a pocket computer. I do not activate them, nor do I use them as a phone, so I cannot comment on those aspects. I also disable/uninstall every single google/tracking app/”feature” so I cannot comment on those. I CAN discuss this as a computer, though. As a pocket computer, this is fine. It’s not great, but that is only because it comes SO loaded with tracking and google-tied services, some of which cannot be disabled. The battery life seems pretty good. The screen is nice and large. I’d prefer it if it were a LITTLE bit wider, but… The camera is much better quality than my old phone. One thing I DO notice, though, is that there seems to be a lag, especially when processing animations. For instance, playing solitaire, there is a slight lag in clicking the deck and the cards turning over. The final animation, where the cards fly around after you win, glitches and lags a bit, there, too. I don’t know if my disabling half the phone has anything to do with that, but I wouldn’t think so. Speaking of solitaire… the narrow screen aspect makes that pretty hard to see. Unless you play a game that allows rotating the screen.. better put those peeper on!For the price, though, if all you want is a basic, get you by cellphone, especially of you just want to use it as a computer, you could do worse…
