This is a great product !
First, I am not sponsored or in any way affiliated with Acacia. I previously left a one-star review because of issues I had with delivery. After receiving the correct item, the Space Acacia XL tent, I felt compelled to write a quick review. There are many reviews relative to the construction of the tent. It is first class in every way. I had both the small tent and now the XL and both are quality products. The small tent would be great for two adults who travel light, move from campsite to campsite and use their vehicle for a lot of storage. The XL is large enough for a few cots, a cooler, hunting gear, extra clothes, etc. We occasionally will use it as an outdoor room alongside our RV. Both these tents far exceeded my expectations. Both tents have some weight to them. Some reviews refer to them as being heavy. They are what the specs say they are. “Heavy” is a relative term. I would have loved to have one of these when we camped in Alaska with snow and heavy winds. The bottom line is that this is a great tent for anyone who wants to stay warm and dry in less-than-ideal conditions and worth the cost. I also have the lighting system and ordered the power station. The lights are quality and well thought out. I want to thank Flora for making everything right after some initial confusion.

For Specific Uses
I had a chance to finally use this tent and I have mixed feelings about it. With how large and bulky this tent is when collapsed it is would only be good for car/truck camping and it will even be too large for some smaller cars. Setup did not go as easily as I expected either. I was able to get one side opened and then the other sides were a lot more challenging to open, unfortunately while trying to open the other sides the tent was moving around a lot and it ultimately ended up scuffing up one of the corners and the stitching is now starting to come undone. I eventually located the door and had to go inside to start pushing the sides and top out. Thankfully it was a lot easier to take down. As for the quality I’m mixed, it’s nice that the materials are thicker and the inside of the tent has reflective materials for the winter but the stitching was not what I expected. There were a lot of threads that needed to be trimmed and there were also some spots that had loose stitching. Once opened it was somewhat a challenge to attach the tents floor without gaps in the velcro. I was hopeful that the stove jack would allow me to use the tent in the winter with my kids but with how it is positioned in the tent I would only feel comfortable with one person sleeping in the tent. Once the rainfly was on this tent heated up a lot, the windows did not provide enough ventilation and and I would also imagine that in the winter or cooler weather you would have a fair amount of condensation since this is a single wall tent. Ultimately I think that there are lighter, more compact, and better made tents for a lot less money. I would have a hard time recommending this tent for any kind of warm weather use.Edit: After posting my initial review I was contacted by a representative at Acacia with some tips and pointers on how to setup the tent as well as an offer to replace the tent if the scuffed corners compromised the functionality of the tent. I tried setting up the tent again by following the steps in the video and recommendations in the email but still had issues. This leads me to believe that the tent I received was defective. However, Acacia stands behind their products and had I been a customer that paid full price for this tent I would be very happy with their offered remedy for this situation. As a result I am increasing my review by one star.

Outstanding!
Outstanding! Our weather was atrocious! Wind, rain, heat! The rain fly was amazing. We never had rain get in with all the windows completely open and the doors as well. This tent is like a yurt. Tall, wide and roomy. Easy set up and take down.

Easy setup
Have used a dozen or more times since purchase on our property in the mountains. Stays warmer inside than other tents we have used. The windows are easy to operate and the rainfly is adequate. Really like the roomy inside. They could improve the velcro attachment area used to keep the bottom attached, it is sometimes hard to get in place since the fabric does not stretch, nor does the velco. But, overall, an awesome tent. Sets up in a couple minutes, take down is same. Really a quality product. Stays dry inside.

Plenty of room, easy to set up
A definite upgrade from the traditional camping shelter with poles you stick together and thread through sleeves along the tent body. To me, it unfolds similarly to an umbrella: push out the center and snap it into tension. For two people, very spacious for each person plus gear. I like that the roof is has mesh windows for airflow and visibility. The side windows as well have mesh. The bathtub floor is velcro attached along the bottom. The tent material feels okay, though not particularly robust to widthstand light punctures. My main concern is the floor: sharp rocks underneath would definitely tear holes into it, so a sacrificial tarp underneath is advisable. For the ease of setup and take down, I would recommend this tent, especially if you find this with a coupon.

Best tent ever! (So far)
This tent is the perfect addition to our camp set up. We use it as a common space along side of our offroad camper. Great build quality, very easy to set up and take down, and enough space for five plus to hang out when the mosquitos are going crazy. I am so impressed with the tent so far. I will come back and update if we have any issues with quality after a few more trips. So far the best tent we have by far!

Love it!!!
I generally don’t leave reviews but I had to on this one. My husband and I are going camping with our kids and imlaws so i figured I’d do a test run on this thing before the day of. I must say this tent is great!!! Easy to set up. I was able to set it up by myself and it only took me about 15 maybe 20 minutes and even less time taking it down. Very spacious. Can’t wait to take this thing in the woods!!
